Hi, I am trying to translate WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate Global group fields with ATE, but the fields are not available for translation. Need help with custom xml.

Can you please set up WPML, WooCommerce, and your plugin on the site so as to replicate the issue and let me know the exact steps for me to check the issue?
Note: Please keep the site as simple as possible with as few plugins, options, and contents as possible so as to replicate the issue with the WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate plugin.
After further looking into the issue I see that the pewc_group has pewc_field attached to it and then the pewc_field has custom fields that you wanted to translate which are stored in a serialized array in all_params and field_options post meta fields.
The complexity of how the Custom fields are added/attached to a pewc_group it does not seem possible to fix it with a custom XML config.
In this case, you should follow the method of manual translation as explained in the next link. Then edit/modify the translation custom fields manually.
Or you can also contact the plugin provider and ask them to develop the functionally for you as the compatibility between the plugin and WPML is maintained by the plugin providers. ( https://wpml.org/plugin/woocommerce-product-add-ons-ultimate/ )

I also tried to edit directly pewc_filed post type: hidden link But I get "Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type." Is this because of the plugin?
The URL/Post Type edit not being accessible should be related to the Plugin providing that post type and not WPML.
In this case, Since the original developer suggested manual translation this should be the proper/correct way to translate the Global group fields. I recommend you contact the plugin provider and communicate with them further and see if they can modify how the compatibility with WPML is managed.
