Hi there,

I ran several troubleshooting steps and updated Dokan pro to the latest version. I can't see the option to update the WordPress core. Could you deactivate all plugins, except the WPML ones and update the WP core to v6.3 and then double-check if the issue persists?

Yes, the problem remains. When WooCommerce and WPML are running at the same time. String Translation is the main load on the system. You can see for yourself. WordPress version has been updated.

I applied the solution described in this errata page and the performance issue disappeared: https://wpml.org/errata/wordpress-6-3-performance-issues-with-string-translation-in-specific-scenarios/

Could you activate the rest of the plugins and confirm that the issue is gone?

No, the problem didn't go away even with a small number of plugins.

Could you update the WordPress core in the test site so I can see the problem? I have been checking the test site and it works correctly as its right now.

Also, I fixed the WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT in the wp_config.php file and set it to 4096M.

WordPress updated to 6.3, requests became less, but the site speed is good only when the wordpress 6.2.2 or disabled String Translator.

Hi there,

Our development team released a new version of our plugins that contains a solution for this issue.

Please go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Update the WPML plugins to the latest version and the issue should be solved.

Could you confirm that the issue was solved?
