This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing two main issues:
1. Language mismatch in redirection and auto-responder, which remains unresolved and was mistakenly closed in a previous ticket.
2. Layout and hover effects issues on the translated blog page using WPML with Bricks Builder, which is currently unassigned.

Solution:
For the first issue regarding language mismatch:
- We recommend revisiting the previous tickets and ensuring all related templates are fully translated. If the problem persists, consider setting up a new staging site that mirrors the current production site exactly, or connect your staging site with your production site to share the same translation memory. You can find more information here: Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites.

For the second issue related to PHP memory limit:
- We suggest contacting your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit to at least 256M to ensure smoother operation of your site.

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML Support Forum.

would like to request an urgent update and assignment for two of my pending tickets, as they are currently unassigned and no progress has been made for weeks.

1. Critical Bug: Language Mismatch in Redirection & Auto-responder

Ticket Link: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/bug-report-form-redirection-and-auto-responder-language-mismatch/

Status: Unresolved since March 27th.

Context: This is a continuation of a previously closed ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/form-redirection-and-auto-responder-language-mismatch/) which was closed by mistake before the solution was verified. It has been 3 weeks without a fix for a core multilingual functionality.

2. Regression: Layout and Hover Effects on Translated Blog Page

Ticket Link: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/layout-and-hover-effect-regression-on-translated-blog-page-wpml-bricks-builder/

Status: Unassigned.

Hello.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay.

I see that you have two open issues in our forum. The first one was initially opened on March 27th and closed due to no updates in 15 days. I see that we have a more recent follow up. I also see that there is a different, unrelated ticket. I also see that, despite getting a first response, both tickets are still not properly assigned.

Let me bring my colleagues and get them forward.

Regards.

Hello,

On the provided staging site, the translated pages are not working, which might be related to the fact that some templates have not been translated yet to 100%.

Could you please set up a new staging site that is an exact copy of the current production site?

The private reply is enabled again.

Or connect your staging site with your production site, so that they can share the same translation memory:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Another thing I see on the staging is the PHP MEMORY LIMIT on the server:
PHP Memory limit 128M
PHP Memory usage 93.96 MB

I would suggest asking the hosting support to set the PHP MEMORY LIMIT to at least 256M.

Best regards
Andreas

We can close this ticket because it is not about a standalone bug.
