Background of the issue:
I was trying to address an issue with WooCommerce products translation using WPML. The issue was closed before I could provide necessary information.

Symptoms:
The ticket was closed unexpectedly, and I am unable to find it.

Questions:
Where can I find the closed ticket?
Why was the ticket closed?
