Hello,

ACF Multilingual will only work for content that is translated with the WPML Translation Editor or on the WordPress Editor.

There is not any way to translate menus with the WPML Translation Editor, unless you are using a Block Theme.

Is your theme a Block Theme or a Classic WordPress Theme?

If it is a classic theme, then you will need to adjust the field in each menu manually in its proper language, as explained here:

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

Best regards
Andreas

Hello Dimitris,

I will offer to try to recreate this issue on a new test site but first, we need to make sure if this issue persists while using the latest versions of all plugins.

You are using ACF PRO Version 5.11.4 but the current version is 6.1.6.

Could you please update ACF PRO and then let me know if the issue persists?

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

On a new test site with WPML and ACF PRO I can not confirm the same issue - the field is appearing here as expected on the translated menu items.

I will need to take a copy of your site for investigating this issue further.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

The only issue here was that you have set the menu field group to show up on the English menu, not on the translated Greek menu or all primary menus for example.

See screenshot.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

The issue is here, that you have set an ACF Field Group Condition only for the menu in the site default language.

You will need to set the display condition to all menus, which will solve the issue.

This is not really a WPML issue, it is simply how ACF works. See the screenshot from my last comment. After adjusting this setting the image field will be available on the translated menu.

Please let me know if you still have doubts or questions about this.

Best regards
Andreas
