Problem: The client was attempting to activate WPML on their site after changing the domain, but encountered the error 'Unable to parse data from service response.' They suspected their domain might have been blocked from connecting to our server.
Solution: First, we suggested that the client should unregister and then re-register WPML following these steps:
1. Unregister WPML using the guide: Unregister WPML
2. Re-register WPML automatically using the guide: Register WPML
After further investigation, we discovered that the client's IP was blocked because another site using the same IP had sent too many requests in a short period, triggering our security system.
We contacted our security team to unblock the IP. Once unblocked, the client should be able to register WPML correctly.
