Background of the issue:
I am trying to add an item to the cart on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. See Screencast: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Items are disappearing from the cart within seconds after being added.

Questions:
Why are items disappearing from the cart after being added?
Is there a setting or configuration that might be causing this issue?

Thanks for your support.

Yes, sometimes the issue doesn't happen. Under unknown circumstances an added item remains in the cart. But making a refresh or using another browser leads to a malfuncion as described.

The points/options you suggested have been already enabled.

I've made two videos after your answer:

Two different devices. You'll see also that with PayPal it's possible to add an item, but not with the "Add To Cart" Button.

We were able to reproduce the problem in the staging system. We have also set up access for you.

I'll continue to help you with this issue.

I watched your videos. Thanks for sending them.

I tried to replicate this issue on your site, but I was unable to see it.

Does this issue occur only in English on your site, or also in German, which is the default language?

I'm asking this to confirm it's a WPML issue.
Otherwise, this can also be an issue that WPML does not cause.

Hi Itamar,

The issue occurs in every language other than the default.

German is default and it's working well. Never had this issue with German. We have also Italian and Spanish (hidden at the moment) configured and tests shows the same issue.

I am sorry for the late reply here.

Our second-tier supporter says he cannot see this problem anymore. I also checked and added a product to the cart a few times, and I can't see this problem.

Have you solved this issue already?
