I used the automatic translation of my site from French to English.

However, the global elements are not translated (I use DIVI), nor are the buttons.

Some menu links redirect to French pages (e.g. my account).

And the basket page is not translated, but the link redirects to an automatically created basket-2.

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Please try to edit the Divi template (header or footer) > Make a small change to the content > Save > And follow the documentation below to translate the global template and see if it helps

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Hi,

When I check the footer template in WPML > Translation Management, I see it is not translated into English language, screenshot hidden link

Then I send it to automatic translation and the footer text, button are translated correctly. Can you please recheck the footer and see if it works? If yes, please do the same steps to translate other Divi templates on your site.
If not, please share some screenshots of the issue on your end.

Hello, thanks for your help. Yes but I have some other issues.

1-As you can see on the header menu the "Mon compte" page is not translated in "my account" and the link is on the french page.

2-There is some button (here on the product page) "Demander une offre" and "Demander une expertise" must be translated.

3-On the order validation there is a text still in French "Vos données personnelles seront utilisées pour le traitement de votre commande, vous accompagner au cours de votre visite du site web, et pour d’autres raisons décrites dans notre privacy policy."

Hi,

1. The "Mon compte" menu item is a custom link menu. You can follow the documentation below to translate the menu

2, 3. Those strings can be translated from WPML > String Translation. You can go to:
- WPML > Theme and Plugins localization > Scan strings in the theme and plugins.
- WPML > String Translation > Search for the strings and send them to automatic translation.
