Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix an issue where my website is not working correctly. The Vikbooking plugin support informed me that the issue is caused by WPML, which is searching for a page that no longer exists. They suggested commenting out line 205 to resolve the error temporarily. Please refer to screenshot 1 and 2 for further details.
Symptoms:
WPML is causing a WP error by searching for a non-existent page. The error is visible in screenshot 1, and the page WPML is searching for is shown in screenshot 2. Commenting out line 205 allowed me to open the widget page, but the issue persists.
Questions:
How can I permanently resolve the issue of WPML searching for a non-existent page?
What steps should I take to prevent WPML from causing errors with the Vikbooking plugin?

I see that we’ve had some contact with their developers, but since the plugin is still not officially compatible with WPML, I am not sure whether that interaction led to a successful resolution.
That being said, could you reach out to them and see if they would be interested in joining our https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/? This program ensures thorough testing of the plugin, and if compatibility issues arise, we can provide the necessary support and development to address them.
Please get back to me with their response and let me know if they’re interested.
Since they claim that some customers are not experiencing issues, it’s possible that others still are, meaning their fixes may have only been partial. They are likely handling this on their own without full compatibility support.
Let me know what they say. If you’re unable to assist, we can try debugging your website directly.
