Duplicated widgets after updating WPML

Problem:
The latest update (4.5.9) caused sidebar widgets created in different languages to appear in both languages.

Solution:
This has been reported to our developers and they provided a workaround, it requires changing a file in the WPML plugin.

Mohamed Sayed	Hi, We were able to replicate the issue when the "Classic widgets" plugin is enabled. This has been reported to our developers and they provided a workaround, it requires changing a file in the WPML plugin.
