[Waiting for user feedback] OTGS installer plugin not activated

Background of the issue:
I am trying to activate the OTGS installer plugin and update/install woocommerce-multilingual-5-4-0 on my site hidden link. I am also experiencing issues with language translation on hidden link. I am following the WPML OTGS installer document.

Symptoms:
OTGS installer not getting activated. Woocommerce-multilingual-5-4-0 is not updating/installing. Language translation not working as expected.

Questions:
Why is the OTGS installer not getting activated?
How can I update/install woocommerce-multilingual-5-4-0?
Why is the language translation not working as expected on my site?

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

OTGS installer can only be activated for first time install, and later if you have WPML plugins it stays disabled. To update WPML plugins you can go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updates" and update WPML plugins to latest versions.

Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

but getting below error on the admin page post database update and wordpress.

Those issues you're mentioning on the last reply do not come from WPML and have nothing to do with us but from another plugin that I suspect contains the words "Point of sale" (maybe "WooCommerce Point of Sale" ? ).

The problem is that your database is trying to modify some of the tables for that plugin and it can't. It could also happen because of missing database permissions (your hosting can help there, before you reach the "point of sale" plugin support).
