Hello, Thanks for contacting us. While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly. OTGS installer can only be activated for first time install, and later if you have WPML plugins it stays disabled. To update WPML plugins you can go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updates" and update WPML plugins to latest versions. Those issues you're mentioning on the last reply do not come from WPML and have nothing to do with us but from another plugin that I suspect contains the words "Point of sale" (maybe "WooCommerce Point of Sale" ? ). The problem is that your database is trying to modify some of the tables for that plugin and it can't. It could also happen because of missing database permissions (your hosting can help there, before you reach the "point of sale" plugin support). Regards |
