This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is not receiving notifications and experiences delays in displaying translation changes, despite clearing WordPress cache, browser cache, and deactivating hosting CDN.
Solution:
We recommend checking the notification settings in the top bar of the ticket conversation.

I'm still not receiving notifications. Only the one tell that the ticket is going to be closed if I don't post any response.

I'm always having the same problem. Some translation changes are displayed immediately, other take hours/days to display, even after wordpress cache clearing, browser clearing and hosting CDN deactivation :

The tests we did were done on another hosting provider. Do you want me to duplicate the website on a server from the same hosting provider than this one ? Or do you have any other ideas ?

1. Please send me a screenshot of https://wpml.org/account/account-preferences/
2. Please send me a screenshot of https://wpml.org/account/account-settings/ (I marked your reply as private, so only you and me can see the information);
3. Check the spam folder of the e-mail registered in https://wpml.org/account/account-settings/ to see if the e-mails are ther;

Thank you for sharing the information. As I said, it seems everything is correctly set up there. Please check in the top bar (as per the screenshot), is you have the right setting for the notifications.
