[Closed] text not translated, wpm refuses to translate

I am trying to translate the "Home" page on the website in question.

WPML refuses to translate, in automatic translation dashboard I am transferred to the payment section. However I still I have large amounts of credit (1898441 credits).

The Dashboard shows everything as translated when in fact it is not.
image attached: the first part of the page "Home", where it is supposed to be in German. As you can see there is a mix of German and English words.

Please urgently resolve !

I've checked your Website and switched to the translated page here hidden link and it looked fine. All contents are being translated.

Am I looking at the wrong page and could you possibly share the URL of the page in question here so that I could check on it?

Hi Kor,

I have found the issue finally over the weekend. I added <br> in the code for empty lines and this was enough to stop wpm from working. As soon as I removed <br> the entire translation was working fine again.
That clearly is a bug on your ("WPML´s") end. You may wish to look at this.

Hello Kor,

please see attached screenshots. This bug messed up the entire pages (the visual appearance was total chaos) and it stopped the automatic translation. It also was enough that manual translations would not appear in the different languages. As soon as <br> was gone it worked flawlessly again.

I get what you mean now. This has to be checked by our Advanced Translation Editor team. Are you able to clone the site to another staging URL so that I could get someone to look into this?

Sorry, can we do this another way around? I'm worried that I will break your sites on your server.

I've prepared a sandbox site here hidden link and could you login using this link and try to recreate the issue with the "Advanced Translation Editor"?

You can create a page and paste your content to replicate the issue. Then, translate it.

NP. I will get to work. But give me a bit of time, today is Monday.

Another issue please: could you have a look at the French translation of the page "FAQ" of the website hidden link. This page is stuck and does not translate. All the other languages work fine.
