Background of the issue:
I am trying to have my ecommerce site, which is mainly in Italian, translated into English using WPML. The main language is set as Italian. I purchased WPML to translate the site into English. The issue can be seen at: hidden link
Symptoms:
WooCommerce is always shown in English even when the selected language is Italian. The settings are set correctly, but if I deactivate the plugin, everything goes back to normal.
Questions:
Why is WooCommerce displayed in English even when Italian is selected as the language?
How can I ensure WooCommerce is displayed in Italian on both the backend and frontend?
I find it shameful that I don't even get a response after more than 22 hours. Your plugin has created a lot of problems for my site, despite being declared compatible with the theme I use. Very bad customer service.

Take note, that WooCommerce will soon release an update solving this issue. Other theme and plugin developers have released or will release further updates for this issue.
For WPML Multilingual CMS we have solved the issue on the latest version.
