Hi, We're using Avada. On our default language we are using Avada's "Counter Boxes" element to display some text together with a currency symbol which in this case is €

When using ATE, I can't seem to translate this symbol to for instance $. Any way to do this?

Hi,

This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need help from us. If you do, please reply to this ticket, and one of our supporters will continue helping you.

Here is what I last wrote to you in the chat:

You need to add translation support for this icon field. The counter itself is supported.
You can see it here.

The explanations on how to add translation support for Avada can be found here.
