Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this, and I'm here to help you resolve it. Those credits probably got stuck. So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening. When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account ID is created. If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, a new automatic translation account ID will be generated, and the credits will remain in the old account. So, I was able to find three separate automatic translation accounts for this exact domain and I found 190 credits. I now moved them to your current site. I hope that I guessed which is the current site. Please confirm if you now see them in WPML > Translation Management > Tools > on the top-left area. Mihai Apetrei |

Hi! I now have 90000 credits in my WPML dashboard, but the associated wordspress site is showing zero credits. Can you please help? |

Attached are screenshots of the conflicting credit counts in the WPML dashboard and the WordPress WPML admin page. Please see previous comment for more details. |

Hi there. I found the 90k credits and moved them to the correct account. You should now see them and be able to use them. The issue is that, as I mentioned in my first reply, there are multiple automatic translation accounts for this domain and the credits might get assigned to the wrong one. So that's what happened this time, too, like with the other 190 credits that we moved initially. If you ever want to resolve this for good so that you won't have to ask for our help to move them around (we are more than happy to help, but it would be more time-effective if you could directly assign them on your own), we need to generate a new key and use that instead. When you want to resolve this issue, then after you use all the current 90k credits (or after you use some and move the rest back to your WPML.org account), please do the following: > go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key. Now, you should be able to re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here: I hope that you will find this information helpful. |

Very helpful! We'll use up the 90k credits and then create a new key for when we need more credits. Thank you, Mihai! |
