Hi there,

The below message popped up but when the Installer Support page showed that everything seems to be working okay. Any idea how to get rid of the notice? Thanks.

WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org
WPML needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to wpml.org to remove this notice.

Hello,

This is often a temporary issue. You can force another check to clear the notice by going to ​​Dashboard → Updates and clicking the Check Again button.

Hi Drazen,

Thanks for your fast response.

On the installer support page, everything looks good except for the following as attached.

wpml: Site key does not match for hidden link

We verified the site key which is correct. So any idea?

Thank you very much for the reply.

May I ask you to

1) Un-register your site in WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab
2) Go to WPML.org delete the old key and create a new one
3) Go back to your backend and add the new key in Commercial Tab
4) Go to WP > Updates and click a few times the "Check Again" link

Check if the above can solve your issue and share the results.
