HI, To investigate the problem, you can give me site access to wp-admin. Please let me know the page test with emoji. I just checked the necessary boxes so that I can add credentials securely and privately. This way only the two of us can observe them. I suggest you create a temporary user, so you can delete it after closing the ticket. |

Thanks. I have done a few test ans till don´t working. Please first of all check if your server supports the collation utf8mb4_general_ci if it doesn´t please try the other solution. I have tried to reproduce the problem but it works. |

Hi Paola, thanks for your support. I haven't solved my issue, but there is something in our production environment that is triggering the error and I can't replicate it in staging when I use a clean copy of WP + WMPL + Our Theme. |
