To investigate the problem, you can give me site access to wp-admin. Please let me know the page test with emoji.

I just checked the necessary boxes so that I can add credentials securely and privately.

This way only the two of us can observe them.

I suggest you create a temporary user, so you can delete it after closing the ticket.

I have done a few test ans till don´t working.

Please first of all check if your server supports the collation utf8mb4_general_ci if it doesn´t please try the other solution.

I have tried to reproduce the problem but it works.

Hi! This is a status update of this ticked, to it does not get closed because of inactivity.
Due to your comment: "I have tried to reproduce the problem but it works."
I've been trying to reproduce the problem locally, with these two types of collations for the database:
- What you are recommending: utf8mb4_general_ci
- What we have: utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci
And you are right, the issue locally does not occur, in either of them.
I'm going to change the theme for one of WordPress defaults to check if it's theme related and I'll get back to you.

Hi Paola, thanks for your support. I haven't solved my issue, but there is something in our production environment that is triggering the error and I can't replicate it in staging when I use a clean copy of WP + WMPL + Our Theme.
