This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where product gallery images are not being added when duplicating or translating products into Lithuanian or English.
Solution:
First, we recommend updating the WPML plugin and its add-ons to the latest version to ensure you have all the recent bug fixes and improvements. You can find the latest releases under My Account -> Downloads on the WPML site. Also, update WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency to version 5.3.3.1 and WooCommerce itself. Remember to backup your database before proceeding.
If the issue persists after updating, we suggest activating the "Show Multilingual Content Setup meta box on post edit screen" option in WPML → Settings → Custom Fields Translation. This will display the custom fields meta box on the product editing screen. Then, edit the product in its original language and check the custom field
_product_image_gallery
. If it is set to "Don't translate", change it to "Copy" and save the changes. Afterward, update the original product with a slight change to see if the product gallery images are copied over.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it is outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you still encounter issues, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.
