Hello,

thanks for contacting us.

Can you please follow the next steps:

1) Please make a backup before proceeding.

2) Switch to the WP default theme and disable all plugins except for WPML plugins and The Events Calendar

3) Check if the issue still happens.

4) Create a new event and check if the issue still happens.

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

if this is a bug, as we suspect since this was a reporter before also, we need to reproduce the issue on the clean website in order for it to be escalated to our compatibility team.

Please take your time and try to reproduce it on the shared website in a simple example, it won't take you more than 10 minutes.

Thanks,
Drazen

I do all what you asked, now you can try to do this:

Create new event
hidden link
Is OK!

Go in edit mode of this event, change date and you'll get this error
_EventVenueID error in DB

Same if you can try to open and edit existing event
hidden link

When I disabled WPML no error showed, so error is with plug-in

Hello,

okay, thanks for providing that info, I am aware of this.

But as said to further check what is wrong, we need to either try to reproduce, which you seem not interested to, and another way is checking your website.

I can not check and debug your website in live mode/production, so since it seems you are not able to provide a staging site, I provided instructions on how to migrate copy.

I see the website is not migrated to provided hosting.

Please follow my suggested steps so we can continue on this ticket and I can check further.

Hello,

I am sorry, but I have asked you more than few times to follow my suggestion, but you haven't so I couldn't not proceed, which I mentioned each time. If yes, that would help speed up the process.

I hope you understand that.

If it is okay for you and I have your permission I will take a copy of your website and deploy so I can proceed and check further.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Drazen
