Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a link to 3 images both in English (original). The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the three links appear in the Hungarian (translated) version after translating with CTE. Here is the HTML I expected:
Symptoms:
Href attribute is missing from the HTML in the translated version. Instead, I got:
Questions:
Why is the href attribute missing from the HTML in the translated version?
How can I ensure that the links are correctly translated and appear in the Hungarian version?
After investigating the issue, our 2nd tier support sees that it is a compatibility issue between WPML and Bricks builder when using the WPML Translation Editor. We suggest you use the WordPress translation editor and edit the translation page with Bricks, add image's external URL manually (as you do in the original language).
Our compatibility team is communicating with the plugin author and now they cannot replicate the issue on their end. It could be fixed in a recent update. Please update Bricks theme, WPML plugins to the latest version and check the issue again.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
