Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my website using WPML, but I found there are some untranslated strings. The issue can be seen on my website: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Some strings are not translated on my website. On some languages, translations are present, but on others, they are missing.

Questions:
Why are some strings not translated on my website?
How can I ensure all strings are translated across all languages?

Hello,

We are still working on this issue. Sorry for the late response because of the holidays, and also, we had some errors in the local copy.

The texts and labels are not showing translations in some languages because of custom coding that does not follow WordPress localization standards. As a result, WordPress cannot detect these strings, and they cannot be translated using String Translation. Please refer to this document for more details: https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/internationalization/internationalization-guidelines/

The price of the product for individuals varies depending on the VAT rate of the country of delivery to the customer who makes the purchase

So, to get the expected results, you have to modify the codes in *themes/main/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php* file. Please consult about this with your developers and check the attached images for more details.

Please note that I have added a new ticket for the *The lowest price* string translation. Because it is a different one.

As far as the translation of texts and sections is concerned, it would make sense if it did not work in any languages, how is it possible that some languages translate correctly and some do not? If everything has been translated on the basis of one version of a Polish-language subpage which displays correctly? I do not understand this

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Please note that in the *themes/main/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php* file, your developers have added conditions specifically for the Polish, German, and French languages. That is why the text appears in English for the other languages.

Please check the attached image for more details and let us know your feedback.
