translate menus on elementor and top header

Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi Ricardo, For the menu translation, please review the following documentation and let me know if afterward you are still having trouble translating the menu https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/ Regarding the top header message, as you are using Elementor I suppose you are also using Elementor templates for the header and footer. These need to be also translated as you would a page. See this documentation with clear steps on how to translate them https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translating-elementor-templates Let me know your results, please.

ricardoP-23	Hi Thank you for you reply. Now everything is solved, except one thing: As you can see on the photo, there's a field to translate that it's basically a link. I've changed it and saved it. But if you see the translated page and if you click on the top header link, you won't go to the link that it's on the translation, but you will go to the original link. How can I fix this? Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	At the top of your screenshot do you see the search area for "search content in original language", please add there your URL, If nothing comes up with the whole URL, try with part of it. Do you see any other URL options that populate for translation now? If you still do not, please go to WPML->String Translation and search for it there. Let me know your results, please.

ricardoP-23	Hey there, I'm tilting around the menus and top header translations. I really don't know what's the problem. Can you do a video call where I can share the screen and you can see by yourself what's going on? Thank you.

Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	We dont have the option to do a video call, however, I can take a closer look at the backend and review the problem you are experiencing I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. (preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, Bobby
