This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where all translations are missing after reverting your website to a previous date, and you're concerned about losing translations for which you've already paid.
Solution:
First, we recommend checking the translation memory where all translations are stored. You can retrieve your previous translations from there without incurring additional costs. Follow the steps in this screen recording: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cZXFfInVquM to add the translations back to your pages. Additionally, you can initiate an automatic translation process for all pages; rest assured, you will not be charged again for translations that have already been paid for and are stored in the translation memory.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hello, would you please help? it's been 10 days. My problem is that all the translation is GONE after I reverted my website to a previous date. How do I recover the translation I spent more than 100,000 credits on? I have translated the websites to Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish using automatic translation. Now all the translation is gone. Can you help me recover those auto-translated pages?

Thanks for your reply. May I know which page you translated and the translations are missing? You can list a few here so that I can check this out for you.

As I've mentioned earlier, all translations are saved in the translation memory https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/ . We'll check and see if we can retrieve the translations from the translation memory.

Thanks for your reply.

Your translations are all still there in the translation memory. You just need to add the translations as shown in this screen recording hidden link and your previous translations will show up without any costs.

Could you give this another try?

Hello,

I shouldn't need to manually go through all pages and click save right? Can I just select all pages , then start an automatic translation process , will that recover my translated pages? Or WPML will re-calculate and charge me AGAIN for the pages I already translated?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, that should work too. To clarify, you will not be charged for translations that you've already paid for earlier. Translations are saved in the translation memory.
