This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate new listings and update translations of old listings, but the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) is not loading. Instead, you see a spinning wheel with a message: 'Unable to retrieve job details.'
Solution:
We have confirmed that all systems related to the ATE are now functioning correctly. However, there might be a short delay as the system processes a backlog of accumulated jobs. We recommend trying to access the ATE again now. If you continue to experience issues, please check the related known issues and verify that you have installed the latest versions of WPML and its extensions. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so here: WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate new listings and update translations of old listings I have made changes to.
In case this helps - Yesterday, I had some issues with images with links not showing the URL in the ATE for translation when updating posts. In the early part of the support chat I was recommended to update to the latest WPML, so I did for all extensions. The image issues have been escalated to a support ticket currently.

However, today when adding and/or updating directory listings, the ATE will not load. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The ATE will not load. I expected to see the ATE open up so I can translate my listings. Instead, I got a wheel spinning, saying 'checking content,' and a message displaying: 'Unable to retrieve job details.'

Questions:
Why is the ATE not loading when I try to add or update directory listings?
What does the message 'Unable to retrieve job details' mean?

Hey there,

Thanks so much for your patience while we looked into the issue with the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). Our developers have confirmed that all systems are now functioning correctly again. 🎉

That said, there may still be a short delay as the system works through a backlog of accumulated jobs. We’d really appreciate it if you could try again now and let us know if everything works as expected on your end.

Thanks again for bearing with us!

Best regards,
Lucas
