how do I move the unused credit back to the account

beverlyL	Background of the issue: I'm going to remove a staging site, hidden link, and there are 2000 credits left there. I would like to move these credits back to the account before I remove the staging site. I was able to move credits until it reached 2000. The section "Transfer credits to wpml.org" said to contact support. Symptoms: I am unable to move the remaining 2000 credits back to the account. Questions: How do I move the unused credits back to the account?

beverlyL	Hi Bigul, I have attached a screenshot from the account. As you can see, I have 2000 credits for the staging.girlsinparis.com, but it also said "You have 0 credits available on your account". Thanks! Gary

beverlyL	Hi Bigul, I am afraid, I am not allowed to provide the site access, as there are customer information on the site. This is a staging site, and I am going to remove it. Is there anyway, that you could just revoke the site key to release the credit back to the main account? Thanks! Gary

beverlyL	Hi Bigul, I've removed the key as per your instruction. There are credits back to my account, but not 2000, only 1874 is showing on my account. If you take a look at the screenshot I shared in my earlier reply, you can see there's supposed to be 2000 credits. Why is that? Thanks! Gary

As per our records on February 24th, 2025, 126 credits are used for translation in hidden link. That is why only 1874 credits return to your WPML.org account. Hope it will be okay for you. -- Thanks!
