It seems that you use a plugin called Max Megamenu for the menu. I checked and we did not test that plugin with WPML, but they created documentation that might help you here:
If you read my response I had already listed that link / documentation. Unfortunately it does not resolve my issue with being able to duplicate the styling. Do you have any other suggestions?
No, unfortunately, I'd appreciate it if you can share that with the Max Mega Menu developer as they claim that they are compatible with WPML.
Meanwhile, I can report this to the compatibility team to see if there is a solution available.
To do that we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.

Please install the Max Mega Menu plugin there and create a simple menu with some styling, then try to translate that menu.
If the issue is there then I can ask the compatibility team to take a look into that.
So you have a two-tiered approach, one from the Max Menu developers which will be your main course of action and another one a possible solution from our side (not guaranteed).
