This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I'm trying to translate my Studiopress Genesis theme's WooCommerce archive (product-category) page intro text.

Currently, using WPML translation, I can only translate the title and description of the product category. But I also need to translate the page intro text that appears under the heading.

Solution:
This text can be translated by adding the translation manually to the term in each language using the taxonomy edit screen.

Hi there,

I'm trying to translate my Studiopress genesis theme's WooCommerce archive (product-category) page intro text.

Currently, using WPML translation, I can only translate the title and description of the product-category. But I also need to translate the page intro text that appears under the the heading.

I found some information on Studiopress forum but the link to the WPML support ticket has been deleted: hidden link (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/genesis-archive-page-text-is-not-appearing-in-string-translation/)

Also, https://wpml.org/forums/topic/string-translation-for-genesis-framework/ - does not say about the fix as it says it was fixed in the chat. Your customer representative could have said what they did to fix it...

So please provide fix to translate Genesis Archive Intro Text.

Kind regards,
Raido

I think this text can be translated by adding the translation manually to the term in each language using the taxonomy edit screen. Let me know please if that helps.
