I try follow the document and video... still after I activated the plugin I find the page numurios issue. I need to resolve it in a short time, because I have try it my self for a month and customer have lost their patient |

Hi there, While waiting for one of my colleagues to help you, please review the following information: I understand dealing with a few different issue can be quite frustrating but we will do our best to help you resolve them all. As we do have a policy of 1 issue per thread, and there are 4 issues here, I'd recommend opening a new thread for #3 and #4. For #1 I believe the information I will provide should be enough to resolve it. For #3 Please feel free to provide more information and the support assigned will determine if it's related to #2 or it needs it's own thread. ------------------------------ #1 "Site is registered as a development site " ---> To resolve this you will need to stop using a development site key and switch to a live environment site key, to do this review the following step by step documentation: #2. If possible share with us some more information, do you get any errors when trying to add the translation? Are you using automatic translation? #3. Same as #2 if possible share some additional information with us to better understand. If it is not related to #2 the support will split it into it's own ticket #4. Are you referring to the styling of the page? Do you use any custom templates? If possible open a new thread for this issue please for us to further review |

Hi, and thanks for sharing the debug information and answering my questions. I'm sorry if I was not clear enough, but I'm unsure if I got the right answers from you. What confuses me is that you said you used Strings Translation and also changed the strings in the theme's files. You are using the XStore theme, which is officially compatible with WPML. You are also using Elementorwhich is officially compatible with WPML. Please follow our guide on working with the XStore theme and Elementor. https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/ If this does not help you to solve the issue, please share access to your site with me and tell me where and how to see the issue. Hi, and thanks for the access details. I have found that most of the strings related to the Wishlist page are showing more than once in Strings Translation. When I translated all the instances of those strings, it also worked on the front end. Please see the attached screenshots add-all-to-cart.jpg, whishlist-widget.jpg, whishlist-widget-2.jpg, and whishlist-page.jpg. If there are strings that you can not find in Strings Translation, please check our guide about how to translate strings that do not appear in Strings Translation. You may need to search for those strings in the 'Translate texts in admin screens' section. |

Hi, I can see that it is the image of the header of this page. I could see that you activated the Media translation add-on but didn't finish the setup. Please see the attached screenshot. So I deactivated the Media translation add-on as I assume you don't need it. Then in WPML -> Settings -> Media translation, I pressed the Start button to duplicate any remaining images to the translation. Please see the attached screenshot. But unfortunately it didn't solve the issue. Can you please tell me how did you create the header of the Contact Us page? I was editing the page with Elementor, but I could feature that section and how you created it. |

The header of the Contact Us page is actually a global from Xstore > Breadcrumbs > Background Image. Once I set there, other pages will reflected as well. |

Hi, Thanks for sending me the location where you upload the breadcrumbs background image. I did a few things, which eventually fixed the issue. I translated the link to the image in Strings Translation. And I've also uploaded the image to the Xstore breadcrumbs options page. Please see the attached screenshots.
