Welcome to the WPML support forum. I visited your site and I only see those words: FIBC, BBI.
Driven and Big Bags International have been translated.
I think that the issue here is that those words are not "proper" English words and the automatic translation doesn't know how to translate them.
What I would recommend here is to use our Glossary feature to register brand names (Big Bag International) and those words.
The Glossary is very useful to get accurate translations for specific words.
- Go to "WPML > Translation Management > Tools (tab) > Glossary"
- Click on "Add New Entry"
- Enter the English term (here "FIBC")
- Select "Name or Proper Noun"
- Enter the Japanese translation
- Click "Add entry to glossary
I can see that you are using the plugin "Email Encoder - Protect Email Addresses". Please note that we already contacted the author about that issue.
You have two workarounds:
1.
- Go to Settings > Email Encoder and open the Advanced Settings.
- Select WordPress filters in the Protect emails section.
2.
- Make a full backup of your site.
- Add this code into your functions.php file:
Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, Glossary Terms need to be translated manually, that way you can choose the correct translation for each word/name.
"FIBC" is not a proper english word (probably an abbreviation), so the automatic translation doesn't know how to translate it. That's where you can create a glossary entry and enter manually the right translation to be used.
I did a little bit of research to understand better and it seems that "FIBC" is an abbreviation specific to your industry. Automatic translation has improved drastically in the last few years but it still remains a machine translation. Some industry jargon/abbreviations won't be understood and translated by automatic translation.
That's where we offer two options:
- The glossary as mentioned earlier
- Human revisions (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/)
