From our subscription management system, I can see that no website is associated with this Site key. Would you kindly check by generating another site and then trying to activate the license?
- Please go here(https://wpml.org/account/sites/) and delete the site and the site key.
- From the same page, click on the "Add new site" button
- Add the site and generate a site key.
- Then, go to that site and try to activate the plugin by entering the new key.
Please check and let me know if that helps. But, if the issue persists, then please go to the "WPML > Support > Installer Support" page and share a screenshot of the recent error that is logged there. I will check and let you know what to do next.
