The string plugin are making my website to be down.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

butterandflyB	Hi team, My website was working fine up until yesterday and then went down. I've disable all plugins and discovered that the issue is the WPML String Translation plugin. I've disable it for now, until we can find why is that. many thanks

May I ask you to read our guide to prevent performance issues also? - https://wpml.org/faq/prevent-performance-issues-with-wpml/ If it is not helping, then please enable the debug log on your site and check if any errors are getting logged there. You can check this guide to understand the process of enabling Debug for your site- https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ Maybe you can enable the query monitor also and do a small comparison to see what is making the difference in loading times.
