Background of the issue:
I want to translate the subdomain (www.tacs.it/collezioni) that has wp admin reserved access. However, this reserved wp admin has no plugin section. I am trying to manage the translation of the subdomain page hidden link from the parent wp admin (www.tacs.it).

Symptoms:
The reserved wp admin for the subdomain does not have a plugin section.

Questions:
How do I manage the translation of the subdomain page hidden link from the parent wp admin?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. Before passing this thread to my colleague, I would like to share some suggestions and possible solutions for the issues you mentioned.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

This sounds like a custom requirement. We would like to know if hidden link & hidden link is using a different database or the same one.

You have to list WPML hooks like wpml_object_id, wpml_get_element_translations, etc.. to list the translated data at hidden link. Refer to the following documentation for more details.

https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_object_id/

https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_get_element_translations/

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-tables/

Thank you for your response. In case we proceed with what we think is right and it doesn't work, could you please return the credits for us to try another way?

Regarding this question: This sounds like a custom requirement. We would like to know if hidden link & hidden link is using a different database or the same one.

They have 2 different access in WP Admin.

But please let me know, whether you are going to reimburse in case processimo translate and not get what we wanted. Thank you very much

Hi there.

Unfortunately, if you are referring to a refund for used credits, we are not able to refund translation credits that have already been used.

We also mention this in our documentation here:
https://wpml.org/faq/can-i-get-a-refund-for-automatic-translation-credits/

We also pay for these credits so once they are used, we have already sent our payment to the translation engine service.

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section in the URL below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

I hope that you will find this answer helpful.

Also, regarding your latest question, if there are two separate admin panels, then we are more than likely talking about two separate WordPress installs.

WPML works with only one unique WordPress install, so you don't need to manage sites from multiple dashboards.

And then, there are multiple URL formats that you can go with, including different domains per language:
