Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Perhaps you haven't assigned credits to your site, please see this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/ about how you can assign the credits from your wpml.org account.

Regards.

Ok thank you for your quick response.
As per checked my account 80000 credits available so if it's used then I want o buy new?
and 80000 credits means 80000 words translated?

Also currently I am working on my development site when I transfter to love means
this site point to live domain then translation also move to live or not?

Ex. hidden link this is my staging site - here we have used two languages English and French

If we used our all credits on staging site (hidden link) and move on live then translated text display on my live site hidden link

Please update me on same

For credits calculation and costs, please see following guides:

- https://wpml.org/purchase/

There are several related FAQs on these pages.

To migrate site from development to production, please check followings:

- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-want-to-move-my-website-from-development-to-production/ (see the big yellow box on top for details).
- https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

This way your translations are available on production, after the migration.

Please note that if you have further queries about any of the above, I'll recommend opening separate tickets. As per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.
