This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is looking for a feature in Woocommerce Analytics to see product sales data for all currencies combined, rather than just per currency.
Solution:
We have included the client's request in our list of featured requests, which our developers will consider for future plugin updates. We do not have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for this feature, as it depends on various factors such as the number of votes and client demand. The request is internal and not publicly accessible, so the client cannot follow it directly. However, we recommend checking the changelog file in future plugin releases and staying updated with our blog posts for any announcements regarding this feature.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please feel free to open a new support ticket.

In the Woocommerce Analytics where you see revenue, product sales etc.

We can only see stats per currency. We really miss a feature where we can see this for all currencies. I understand it will be done with some currency conversion (just use the daily one or ideally, use the one from the date that corresponds to the data if possible).

Mostly, I just want to see product sales in total. So how much did I sell of product A in all currencies in this month for example?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

You can see the product's total sales in any given currency. Keep in mind that the currencies are only a conversion from the main currency, so you will always obtain the same (equivalent) result.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,

When you visit Woocommerce -> Analytics, you can select the currency in which you would like to see the reports: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/#orders-currencies

I want to see ALL sales on one product in ALL currencies. Together. Not separately. So the sum.

Hi there,

It is the same 🙂

The sum of sales in the default currency is equivalent to the sum of sales in the secondary currency.

No, it is not. I attach screenshot for example in our store. SKU 3121.

In DKK, we have sold 4 units on 2 orders.
In EUR, we have sold 1 unit on 1 order.

I can see that by changing the currency in the top.

I want a way to show the SUM of all currencies together. So in this example:
5 units on 3 orders.

How?

Hi there,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested

Unfortunately, I can't see any stats when filtering by-products or variations on any currency. Could you share a link to a video where you show the steps to see the stats you shared in your previous message?

It's because it is a staging site only with old orders. Just check last year stats instead of recent stats.

Link for example SKU 6232 in 2022:

DKK: hidden link
