Just registered WPML on my new website (hidden link), I downloaded WPML Multilingual CMS and String Translation components as well as the WPForms Multilingual add on, but I can't find Media Translation component add on for download, on my account. I need this component to translate the images/graphics on my website.

You'll find the Media Translation plugin in the "Plugins for building advanced multilingual sites" section in the https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ page.
Another option is to download it from the Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab, in your WP Dashboard.

As I said before the Media Translation is not showing on WPML components to be downlowded (see attached).
As for the download from WP dashboard, I can't downlowd it from there as the feature is disabled for security purposes from our hosting provided. I install and update plugins and all other elements via CLI command line.
Could you please help with solving this issue either by making this component available on the download with other components "WPML components that you need for every multilingual site", or by providing me with a zipped file of MT that I can use to install the module vi CMD/CLI commands.
