Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML on my website hidden link to translate content. I have credits on my WPML account and on the website.

Symptoms:
When I attempt to translate, it shows no credit and displays the message: 'You don't have enough credits to translate automatically. Contact the website's owner to request more credits.'

Questions:
Why does WPML show no credits when I have them on my account?
How can I resolve the issue of WPML not recognizing my credits?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. This type of issue usually happens when the WPML is not registered properly on your site. Could you please delete the existing site key and create a new one by following below steps:

1. Login to your WPML.org account >> Go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key.
3. Login to your site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
4. Then click the Register WPML link.
5. Click the Get a key for this site link.
6 It will generate the Key for your site and you can also assign the credits using that popup.
7. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thanks for trying those steps. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

✙ Could you please confirm how many credits have been assigned to this site?

I logged into your site and checked the prepaid credits under WPML >> Translation Management > Tools, where it showed 24,012 credits. Upon reviewing our internal system, I noticed 12,012 credits were stuck, which I’ve now assigned to your site. The total now shows 36,024 credits, and the automatic translation button is visible in the Advanced Translation Editor, as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you please check and confirm?
