Thanks for contacting us. Sorry, I cannot open the link you shared without an access.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

While checking the debug info, I see that the WordPress Memory Limit is below the requirements. The minimum requirements are 128M, but we do recommend 256M and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40M. Please check this link for more details
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/.
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file, right before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

After adding the code you can confirm that the memory was changed correctly from WPML > Support > WordPress > Memory limit.

Hi Kor,

Yes, let me guide you through it. The calendar is available only for logged in users. So, once you are logged in as administrator, yo ucan simply visit the following URL: hidden link

Then simply select a value from the first drop down list and click on the button below. You will then see the calendar in the next screen.

Let me know if i can assist in any other way.

Thank you!

Thanks for your reply.

I can see the issue now. I've checked the string translation and I don't see a way to translate the calendar. I've prepared a sandbox site here hidden link and could you please install the required plugins and replicate the issue over there so that I could escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support?

Thanks for your reply. Our 2nd Tier Support checked and it looks like the calendar is created using javascript and it is not localized properly: hidden link

You'll have to contact the plugin author and ask them to localize the calendar following the instructions here. https://wpml.org/documentation/support/translating-the-theme-you-created/
