This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to connect multiple websites using WPML and manage a single invoice/payment for automatic translation services. They are concerned about losing translated data when following the steps to merge sites with active accounts.

Solution:
1. We recommend checking our guide on managing Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites for detailed instructions.
2. To merge sites, follow these steps:
- Cancel the automatic translation account on one of the sites through WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools.
- Wait approximately one hour for the charge to be triggered for the canceled account.
- Pay the final invoice for the canceled account.
- Obtain the migration code from the site with the canceled account and enter it into the site with the active account.
3. Cancelling an account will not result in the loss of completed translations or Translation Memory.
4. However, it will set the account status to cancelled, prevent future charges, disable automatic translations, and cancel ongoing translation jobs.

Tell us what you are trying to do? We have 4 websites, all in different countries. At the moment implemented WPML on 3 websites. We have connected biopapa.lt and biopapa.lv. Regardless this connection we have been asked to update payment info. In the future would like to connect all 4 websites and get one invoice/payment.

Is there any documentation that you are following? Could not find

Is there a similar example that we can see? Images

What is the link to your site? Biopapa.lt, biopapa.lv, biopapa.de

Thank you for your help.
One more question, If we follow steps described below, is there a risk to loose already translated data?
"Unable to Connect Sites?
In some cases, the system might prevent you from connecting sites. Here are a couple of reasons why this might happen.

You Cannot Merge Sites That Both Have Active Accounts
If both sites have active, separate accounts for automatic translation you need to:

Cancel the account on one of these two sites.
Wait for the charge to be triggered for the canceled account (usually takes about an hour).
Pay the final invoice for the canceled account.
Get the migration code from the site with the canceled account and enter it into the site with the still active account."

Thank you for your patience on this.

Cancelling an account from WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools doesn't mean that you'll lose the translations. But this is what it actually means:

- Sets the ate pay-as-you-go account status to cancelled.
- You will not be charged in upcoming months.
- You can't use automatic Translations.
- Ongoing Translations jobs will be cancelled too.
- Completed translations will not be lost
- Translation Memory will not be lost.
