This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client installed the Graphina Charts plugin and could not find the option to translate Graphina Charts in the WPML settings.

Solution:
We informed the client that since Graphina Charts adds Elementor widgets, there is no need to configure anything in WPML settings for translation. If the widgets have translation support, the client can translate the content within the widgets when translating the page/post. We also noted that Graphina Charts is not listed as a compatible plugin on WPML's website and suggested that the client check the compatibility list at https://wpml.org/plugin/.

We advised the client to ensure translation support for the widgets by checking our documentation on how to register page builder widgets for translation at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/ and to encourage the plugin developer to join the Go Global program at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.

Furthermore, we provided a solution using the WPML Compatibility Test Tools plugin, which helps create the necessary configuration for custom Elementor widgets. We directed the client to the documentation for registering custom Elementor widgets for translation at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/.

If the provided solution is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to the client's case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed.

Hello,

To add graphs, I installed the Graphina Charts plugin on my website. However, I can't seem to find the Graphina Charts option in our WPML settings for translation purposes. I would like to request assistance on how to use Graphina Charts with WPML for translation.

Thank you.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand your needs. Based on my review of the Graphina chart documentation, activating the plugin adds certain Elementor widgets to the Elementor editor. Therefore, it is not required to configure anything in WPML settings. If Translation support is added for those widgets, you should be able to translate the contents added within the Widget at the time of translating the page/post.

However, it's important to note that the plugin is not yet listed in the compatible plugin list of WPML. You can also check from here: https://wpml.org/plugin/

There's a chance that the widgets added by the Graphina plugin don't have built-in translation support, which could complicate the task of translating content placed within it. To ensure accurate translation and presentation of content from Graphina's widgets in various languages, translation support for these widgets must be added. For a more detailed understanding, I recommend checking out the following documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/

You can also reach out to the plugin developer and request them to join the Go Global program of WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

However, the good news is that we have a solution. We have a tool available that can assist in creating the necessary configuration for these custom widgets with just a few clicks. This tool is designed to reduce the time and effort of manually registering custom Elementor widgets by writing configurations for each one. To use this tool and better understand the process, kindly refer to the instructions in the following documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

Once the configuration for the Widgets is added, you should be able to translate the contents from the Translation editor. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist!

Best regards,
Prosenjit
