Background of the issue:
I am working on a site that is currently under development and I am trying to add translations using WPML.

Symptoms:
I am facing an issue where translations are not being added to the queue.

Questions:
Why are translations not being added to the queue?

It seems there was an issue on the migration of the site due to the install of Adminer. Deleting Adminer and creating a new site package solved this issue.

Please ignore my last comment. I deleted the Adminer Plugin from your site, took a new package and now the migration worked.

I will be investigating this issue today and I am sorry about the inconvenience.

The provided user account was not yet added as translator inside WPML > Translation Management > Translators.

In order to assign yourself as translator, you first need to add yourself as English translator to the site.

Add yourself as English translator and click check again or choose a different translation option.
