How can I set up such that I have:

It's not possible to have a mix of domains and directories for your languages. Please check here for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/#frequently-asked-questions
Instead, you can use subdomains like the following:
Danish: example.dk
Norway: example.no
English: en.example.dk
Finnish: fi.example.dk
