canT-4	Background of the issue: I am trying to transfer credits to WPML.org for my site hidden link. Symptoms: a significant loss in my account. Questions: I loaded credit to my site and then made a transfer from my site to WPML.org. However, the transfer has not arrived yet, and there is a significant loss in my account.

canT-4	Dear Supportç The error message I received is as follows: "Cannot withdraw credits to wpml.org, please contact support." I removed and re-registered the site, then re-entered the key, but the connection still cannot be established. Approximately 30,000 credits were previously transferred to my wpml.org account, but they have not appeared. I'm not sure of the exact amount, but I was told the credits were sent, yet they are not visible in my account. Many Credits go but where Is there anyone who can assist with this issue? Thank you

canT-4	I deleted the site I registered from my account and then re-added the same site with a new key. However, I am unable to establish a connection, and the sending credits associated with my old key are no longer available. My old key number :E4fR9bzKJC

canT-4	Hello I am saying ı bought cms lisans ,than I send 60k credit to aviexproduction.com Than credit it came site . Than I used some credit other left credit I send from site to my account .ı sent part part credit almost 30k . But these credit its not come to my account . After that I changed the key number to try . But still not come .

I've checked and on 24 Dec 2024 I can see that you've transferred 30k back to your WPML account. Now, you should have 83650 credits on your account. I don't see any credits missing issues when I checked your account.

Are you saying that you cannot see these 30k credits on your account? On your hidden link website, you have deposited 18850 credits and used 17344 credits. The balance is 1506 credits.

canT-4	When I look at my account, I can’t see return credit . I explained before . Total I had 90.000 credit . I used 17.344 . The balance 1506. Where is the other credit ? I did transfer but from wep to account but not come . 90.000-17344=72.656 72656-30000-1506=41.150 mut be more credit , this one there is no lost .

canT-4	I saw credit ın my account thank you so much , but ı wants to ask somethings for future . I am affaid to see again this problems. Because when ı look the my site side ı cant see ın tool managment to transfer page . Could we check the connection ,please.

Could you remove the domain from your account dashboard here https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and then, add it again? Then, try adding the credits and see if it works. Remember to update the sitekey on your Website in WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab.
