This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where your Elementor pages are not displaying the translated content in languages like French or English, and instead show the original Dutch content, the issue might be related to the translation settings or the absence of necessary plugins.
Solution:
First, ensure that the String Translation plugin is installed as it's essential for translating page builders like Elementor. If the plugin is installed, follow these steps:
1) Open the page for editing in the original language. 2) Make a minor change in the content to refresh the translation settings and save the changes. 3) Update the translations one by one from the WPML Translation Editor and mark the translation as complete.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate all my Elementor pages using the Translation manager. When I visit the /en/ or /fr/ version of a translated page, the content is still in the original 'nl' language. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
The French translations are not showing; instead, I see the original Dutch content.
Questions:
Why are the translations not showing on the frontend?
How can I ensure the translated content appears correctly?
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.
We hope you can translate the contents as expected from the WPML Translation Editor. Please try the following steps after a site backup and check if is there any difference in the results.
1) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details
2) Open the page for editing in the original language (the one having the issue)
3) Make a minor change in the contents to refresh the translation settings and save the changes
4) Update the translation and mark the translation as complete
5) Clear all types of caches
Our hosting max PHP memory limit only allows 128MB.
I followed all other steps, without success.
Varnish is bypassed and all caching plugins are also disabled at the moment.
Thank you for the updates. Which hosting service you are using? Please share more details about it.
Please fill in the private details fields after a full site backup. I would like to access the admin area of your site for further checking. Refer to the following links for more details about our private information sharing policies.
Thank you for the updates. I can log in to the site now. Most of the active plugins (including Elementor and its add-ons like Elementor Pro, JetEngine, etc.. are in the older versions).
So please upgrade to the latest version after a full site backup {mandatory}. This may be a compatibility issue. Therefore we would like to make sure the bug exists with the latest version or not.
Thank you for the updates. We are getting the expected results after the following steps. Refer to the attached images for more details.
1) Open the page for editing in the original language - hidden link
2) Make a minor change in the contents to refresh the translation settings (from Elementor Editor) and save the changes
3) Update the translations one by one from WPML Translation Editor and mark the translation as complete
Please check the following links and make sure it is showing the translation contents as expected or not.
Ok this works now, thank you!
I tried it for the homepage. Did you change anything?
Do you really need me to edit 38 pages and open 76 translation editors to save again one by one?
There must be a better way? I don't have time for that...
Thank you for the updates. This may be happening because the String Translation plugin was not installed on the site. Which is mandatory for translation page builders like Elementor.
Please try the Quick Editing for Pages in the original language (after a full site backup) and translate them automatically from WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard. Refer to the following documentation for more details.
