I only can appreciate your frustration here. The issue has been reported for so long, but as explained by my colleague in the mentioned ticket, our development team has already resolved the problem, and the fix will go out with the new WPML version.

I´ve tested the workaround that Ahmed has shared and it seems that it has resolved the error.
However, I don´t understand why this bug is known sincs October 2021 and has been reported also from other customers that long and has not been addressed yet. Further, I´m really frustrated that the previous support member has not mentioned this workaround and has left us alone in the rain for over 1,5 years although there was a easy temporary solution to this.
