Problem: I can't use the Advanced Translation Editor

Solution: Make sure REST is enabled in your site.

One of the main problems here is that REST is not enabled in your installation as you can see by accessing this route: hidden link (notice how it says it can't be found).

Can you ask your hosting if by any chance they disabled it in any way (it could be a security measure).

The Advanced Translation Editor requires REST so without it we can't test if there are other issues as well.
