Access to the site, please. i'm not going to make changes, just going to search for a few clues on what happened. after that, i was given green light to refund the credits.

Hello there!

Please check this video out: hidden link

In short, what happened is expected. you did add the 40.000 credits to your account and they got there but at that point you had a Pay-As-You-Go usage of 102582 credits. when you added those 40.000 credits, your usage DECREASED by 40.000 (prepaid credits and Pay-As-You-Go are the same credits, just used in different ways. they are not 2 separate entities). this means that when you added 40.000 credits the system did something like this: 102582 - 40000 = 62.582 Pay-As-You-Go credits.

in fact you ended paying up only for 62.582 (credits after deducting the 40k you added) + 5.192 (credits used after the 40k were added and BEFORE you closed the Pay-As-You-Go subscription on July 25th).

That's why you paid for 67774 credits instead f paying for over 115 thousand.

Let me know if you have any doubt about this.
