I purchased WPML credit and it didn't show on Translation Management, now disconnected

chrisP-37	Background of the issue: I purchased WPML credit and it didn't show on Translation Management > tools. Then I unlinked/disconnected the site and now I am not able to connect it again. I need my credits on my website. Already paid for 90,000 extra credits. Symptoms: WPML credits not showing on Translation Management and unable to reconnect the site after disconnecting. Questions: How can I reconnect my site to WPML after disconnecting? How can I ensure that my purchased WPML credits appear on Translation Management?

Supporter Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: America/Lima (GMT-05:00)	Hello, You need to go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ If the site is still registered on your WPML account, use the same site key and register WPML again inside WordPress. If you already removed the registered site from your WPML account, add the site again and use the new site key to register WPML inside WordPress. To register WPML inside WordPress go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial and use the link in the area at the top right. After registering WPML you should be able to assign the credits to your site here: https://wpml.org/account/ Best regards Andreas

chrisP-37	I did follow the steps you mention on friday. again i tried. it say's registered but we cannot see the credits and on the last step we do not see option to even assign credits on https://wpml.org/account/
