Hi, it was always Currencies based on Location and we used VPN to change the location. We were able to make the payment in AED and it was functional. But its has stopped working suddenly. Even with VPN we are not able to checkout in AED. It's always converting into Euros. I have attached the screenshot of the Multicurrency settings page. Thanks. |

Thank you for the updates. I see you've selected "Client Location" in your screenshot but not using MaxMind. Are you using another method of detecting location? And when it was working previously, were you using maxmind or any other approach for detection? I'm trying to understand that what'd have changed between previously-working and now not-working (i.e. any update like plugins, theme or etc). Can you please try the following? 1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised. Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter. |
